KnowledgeHub.tv (“we”, “us”) provides educational video content. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, and password hash when you register.
• Usage data — videos you watch, votes, comments, channels you follow, lessons you save for later, in-site notifications, email update signups, and channel activity.
• Technical data — IP address (including Cloudflare’s connecting IP), browser type, and security checks such as Turnstile.
• Uploads — profile photos and channel avatars/banners you choose to upload.

How we use information

• Operate and improve the learning experience.
• Secure accounts, moderate content, and prevent abuse.
• Send account emails such as activation links, password resets, channel approval notices, new-lesson alerts for channels you follow, and important service notices.
• Respond to support messages you send through the contact form.
• Send optional lesson and site updates to people who subscribe for email alerts.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use processors for hosting, email delivery, and security (for example Cloudflare). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect learners’ safety.

Cookies & sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms (CSRF). These are necessary for the site to work.

Children

KnowledgeHub is intended for learners of many ages. If you are under 13, please use the service with a parent or guardian. Channel age ratings help creators label content; they are guidance, not a legal age gate.

Your choices

Signed-in members can view and clear watch history on the History page, manage notifications, unfollow channels, and remove saved lessons. You may also request access or deletion of your account data by emailing [email protected].
